I got a call the night before that "they" needed me to come to a studio and record the voice-over lines of four female video game characters. The "studio" was actually a soundbooth set up in an office located in a creepy old hotel. Yep, that's Russia for you. It was a scavenger hunt to find the place as well. The hunt kind of went like this.
Having finished the whole session pretty quickly, I realize now that, yes, voice acting pays a good hourly rate, but it's not a job that has enough hours to make a living or a career. (Unless you're super professional and in super high demand).
That being said, I hope there will be more Alyssa fighting characters in the future. Cuz that was fun.
