For our company holiday party, we attended a cooking masterclass in downtown Moscow. The venue was gorgeous. A beautifully decorated holiday room, top-notch cooking appliances, and fresh ingredients. Not to mention a bottomless bar. I'm not sure if our company brought the alcohol or if it was provided by the studio, but the bar was the cherry on top of the milkshake. We split into two groups and made different dishes, which we all shared together. Our teachers/ chefs were professional and amazing. My group leader was a guy who's half Russian, half Dutch. His English and his cooking skills were both off the charts. All the dishes had a uniquely Russian twist.
