The Izmaelovski market is actually located outside the Partizanskaya metro, not the Izmaelovski metro stop, but don't let that stop you from trying to find it! Along the streets running up to the castle you will find stalls with all the Russian souvenirs your traveling heart could ask for. Scarves, mugs with Putin's face, Russian dolls, and anything else you can think of. Around you, Asian and European visitors are haggling for their souvenirs in English. The second floor of the market turns into an art and flea market combo. You can find artists selling their own pieces, old cameras, old stolen signs with funny sayings, and the like.
